Packages are usually delivered 2 days after receipt of payment with Hermes. For software products you have the choice between "as download" or "on a data carrier". Order of "Download" products is worldwide possible. Package shipping is limited to the EU.
Withdrawal / Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. Exceptions: Software products may be revoked until the license is activated. For sealed products, such as Audio Test CD, the right of withdrawal is not applicable if the seal is broken.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must: inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period. The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer.
