A. Scope and provider
The Terms and conditions mentioned under A to H apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online store at the web address www.shop2.stute-engineering.de of Rolf Stute Ingenieurbüro.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
B. Conclusion of Contract
B.1 The product presentations in the online store serve for the submission of a purchase offer by the customer. By clicking the "Buy" button, you submit a binding purchase offer.
B.2 We can accept the order by sending a separate order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within two days. The confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by automated e-mail immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
B.3 Should our order confirmation contain printing or spelling mistakes or should our price determination be based on technical transmission errors, we shall be entitled to contest the order, whereby we must prove our error to you. Any payments made will be refunded to you without delay.
Information or illustrations (e.g. radio range, weights, dimensions, utility values, load capacity, drawings and technical data) in catalogs, price lists or other advertising material are only approximate, unless the usability for the contractual purpose requires an exact match. Obvious errors, misprints, typographical errors, miscalculations and calculation errors shall not be binding and shall not constitute grounds for any claim. A reference to technical standards serves to describe the performance and is not a guarantee of quality.
C. Prices
C.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components and do not include shipping costs.
C.2 Depending on the method of payment, you may incur additional costs, such as cash on delivery or credit card payment. Whether this is the case and in what amount will be displayed during the ordering process.
D. Shipping costs
The exact shipping costs will be displayed in the ordering process.
E. Delivery conditions and self-delivery reservation
E.1 All deliveries are made by us via a delivery service.
E.2 The delivery time is 3-5 days, unless otherwise stated in the offer. We have no influence on the exact processing time of the commissioned delivery service (e.g. Hermes).
E.3 If the ordered product is not available because we are not supplied with this product by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, propose the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or if you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will immediately reimburse you for any payments already made.
F. Terms of payment
F.1 Payment can be made either in advance, PayPal, etc.. Possible further payment options will be offered to you in the order process, if applicable.
F.2 If you choose payment in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation.
G. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment. Before transfer of ownership, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing or transformation is not permitted without our consent.
H. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
